How to Create a NetBenefits Account
Before creating your Fidelity NetBenefits account, have the information needed to verify your identity ready. Depending on your employer's plan, you may be asked for:
Your name and date of birth
The last four digits of your Social Security number
Your email address or phone number
Employee or participant information, if required
If you already have a Fidelity username and password, you may be able to use your existing credentials instead of creating a new account.
How to Create a NetBenefits Account
Follow these steps to register:
Visit netbenefits.fidelity.com.
Select Register as a new user or the available registration option.
Enter the requested personal information.
Follow the prompts to verify your identity.
Create your NetBenefits username and password.
Complete the remaining registration steps.
After registration, you can return to netbenefits.fidelity.com and sign in to access your eligible workplace benefits.
